A word from Jun Anasco A word from Jun Anasco

Kumusta? What are the great things happening over there?

Dominion over dominion we shall be taking in the business world from all corners of the world.

A new generation are rising! Young, high spirited, motivated children of God shall move in unprecendented scale.

Nothing and no one can stop this flow for God is advancing ahead on every decision we are taking.

God is revealing and outpouring uncommon wisdom, unparalled knowledge, undiscovered horizons, unknown formulas, advance technology and unmatched skills to His chosen people who shall gonna take over.

Christians will be a people high heads-up. A people whose lives, the world will see Jesus.

From Ching From Ching

Last december, 40 Household Of Faith Campus Ministries Alumni, CSP and leaders gathered for a time of prolonged (4 days) of fellowship and worship at Valencia Bukidnon.

Alumni present were Lynet, Mayet, Gudo, Bojo, Marlot, Joseph, Darlene, Jimbeth, Rickne, Kokong, Dondon Naive, Butch, Marie, Titing,Rhea, Papo and Mamo, yours truly (kyaChing) and my beloved Mitch...pls sorry kung naay nalimtan nga name...!

At some point during that heavenly gathering, someone(i forgot who) suggested the HOFCM alumni form a corporation, pull our resources together and form a mighty income generating, wealth increasing enterprise for the advancement of God's Kingdom among the nations.

Thus a vision was concieved...a passion, a purpose gripped many a hearts.

Kokong brought up an idea. Purchase a machine so new in the market so that no one in the Philippines has it yet. A digital printer that prints directly on the tShirt so fast and efficiently that a lucrative income is just out of the question. We would pioneer this new technology here in the Philippines.

After a few months of research, discussions and much much considerations...after countless meetings...corporately pursuing the Lord's mind...decisions were made.

Titing promptly filed her resignation and is now our accountant, our Administrator. Kokong declined a high paying job in Manila, now our Operations Manager. Sharon resigned from her job in Manila and is now our Marketing Manager.

Word spread, alumni not present just as quickly caught the vision. Jun Anasco of Dubai, Jun Avilla of Pennsylvania quickly decided to invest.
(Titing-Michelle will post a blog informing us in detail who invested how much. A weekly and monthly report will also be sent to shareholders.)

Kreativ Domain Incorporated

KreativDomain Inc.

Who owns this company?
This is a corporation. Ownership of a corporation is divided into units known as shares of stocks. The buyers of these stocks are called stockholders and are considered the owners of the business.  Each of us owns a certain percentage of the business.
The corporate income is then distributed in proportion to the number of shares held by the stockholder. This is called dividends.

Vision:
We envision KreativDomain Inc. to be the leader in the shirt printing industry before the year 2007 ends, in the whole of
Mindanao (MSU Marawi, Iligan, Cagayan, Bukidnon, Butuan, Surigao, Agusan Sur, Davao Norte, Davao City, Davao Sur, Kidapawan, Digos, Gen San and all the surrounding cities.)

We also envision taking a significant share in the world market eventually. With the low price of Philippine shirts (P54/pc) and our artistic creativity we really can compete.
We market online, we go global. With our website
www.kreativdom.com we can reach the UK, France, Germany, the Scandinavian countries, the Mediteranian countries like Greece, Spain… etc.
Is it possible that our KreativDomain Inc. can become a multi-million dollar company?

How do we attain this?
1)Visionary Leadership. We must always walk in the Spirit of Prayer and the Prophetic. Faith does move mountains.
2)Innovative and Creative Designing. This is our cutting edge. Our Heavenly Father is the Creator, when we got born again by receiving Christ, we became His offsprings, inside us we have His DNA of creative genius.
3)Creative Marketing.
4)Teamwork. Gen.11:6 “If as one people speaking one language they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them”. If God said these words referring to the unbelievers of Babylon, consider how awesome it would be if God says exactly the same words about us who follow Him! “…nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them”.!! This happens when we speak one language-the language of faith in Christ Jesus.
5)Hard Work.

Our Market- 3 segments.

First Segment:
Uniform shirts for Schools, Colleges and Universities. Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering departments will each have different designs. Government Agencies, Water Districts etc.
Also to be targeted are big companies like Petronas, Holcim and banks like LandBank and GreenBank. A big market also are groups and events by Mountaineering Societies, Badminton and Gun Shooting Clubs and competitions.

Second Segment:
Personalized Design Shirts. The customer will submit to one of our many outlets in several malls, a digital photo and write the text he wants printed with it. This will be very attractive to couples, families, friends and lovers. We will put a higher price for this because it is personalized. At P85 per print(w/o shirt), this would be selling like hotcakes. This segment alone (personalized), would rake in about P70T to P90T a month. We don’t have to rent stalls in Gaisano, KetKai and SM malls. We will just negotiate and designate existing stalls in the malls to be distributors and dealers.
The owner of the stall outlet will receive a commission for the sale.

Third Segment:
Export market. We must be aggressive, sending emails, samples and phone calls. We go online. Through video conversations, MSN messenger and Skype, we can talk face to face with our customers. I believe a huge bulk of our orders will come from other countries.
Eventually we will branch out to other countries like
Vietnam, Cambodia and Mainland China.
The other week my father returned from Phnom Phen,
Cambodia. One of the designated Prime Ministers’ adviser is a Filipino friend of his. We are more than welcome to do business there. Our Peso has so much higher  value than their currency. They have very cheap labor and materials and a government that’s favorable to us. Cambodia seems to be a very fertileground for us- but let us just wait for the Holy Spirits’ signal.
This is how we fulfill His purpose for us!
When we branch out to cities in Vietnam and
Cambodia, our team are not just good entrepreneurs, they are also good evangelists, healers and pastors!
Not just equipped to operate, market and expand the business but spiritually equipped as well. To win the lost, heal the sick, set captives free, disciple, mentor and train ethnic believers to be the Lord’s Ekklesia-a mighty influence for God’s purpose in their territory.

Updates:
What happened to Kreativ Domain Inc. so far (1st week of July)?
First, the group decided on purchasing the machine from
Guangzhou. Kokong, Michelle and myself went via Hongkong. Thanks to Michelle’s friend and Bayugan neighbor , not only did we have a free guide to China, our board and lodging in HongKong were also made free!
This is such a blessing because HongKong is really a very expensive city. Halleluya kaayo.  Their generousity will not go unrewarded by the Him who sent us.
On our own Kokong and I would never have  made it to
Guangzhou, way makasabut iningles didto! We took the train to the border and a 3 hour bus ride. At the Guangzhou terminal the taxi drivers could’nt even understand Cantonese, our guide Leo Tam (Gaga’s husband) really had a hard time trying to communicate in Mandarin.
At the Gateway office, I really negotiated together with Leo Tam as my interpreter. Negotiating is very much the  business culture of
Guangzhouchinese…mura mig nanghangyo sa maranao.
The price was US$7,250 but I found out that if one is to purchase 3 units at once, the wholesale price would only be US$5,500.
This is where I focused my hinangyuay. I said I’m going to buy 2 more machines within this year anyway, why not give one unit to me at wholesale price.
More than 3 hrs namo enestoryahay, hangyo, then talk about something else, then hangyo again, take a break then hanyo again.
At first nisugot ug $6,400… after about an hour nahimung $6,200, then $6,000. Pero because my interpreter Leo Tam was a tenacious negotiator, and I wouldn’t give up either, nisugut ra gyud ug $5,500 after more than 3 hrs, but we had to deposit $500 for the next machine to be purchased.
We were able to cut $1,750usd off! Halleluyah!
We negotiated with a light spirit and lots of laughter… Leo Tam was such a funny man.  After that, Kokong and I had to stay in
Guangzhou for a day of technical training.
Since it was impossible to hand carry the machine, too heavy and too big (150kg). We decided to ship it since they promised it would reach Davao City in just 8 working days.
The cargo however took more than a month! The Chinese apologized a lot, they said it didn’t catch the scheduled ship because of the Chinese labor day holidays(May 1-5).
Any way, so it arrived June in
Davao, then began my ordeal with the Bureau of Customs, grabe ka corrupt! P42T ang pangayo! Hangyo na sad ko. We didn’t have the money, we only had P20T in our account.
It took almost two weeks… nahangyo rag P25T, thanks to Christian friends who helped

May the Lord give us wisdom… He is our Wisdom!
May we fulfill His purpose for our lives!
May we receive revelations and visions from Him!
May we be faithful… obeying His voice, manifesting His Power and Love… walking in His Presence, intimately knowing Him.
